Punching Machine Tooling |

Punching machines fall into two different classifications. Single station or Multi Station (Turret) machines. Tooling for both classifications are available from Exacta for a wide variety of machines that are on the market. Exacta features all standard and special styles, sizes and tool steel grades.
With the move toward having Turret Machines do more specialized operations, Exacta as a specialized manufacturer of punches and dies has standardized many tools to complete operations such as forming, cluster punching and specialty shapes.

Thick Turret Tooling:
Machines using pre-loaded spring type stripping guide assemblies are now referred to as either thick or thin styles of punching machines. Exacta manufactures and stocks tooling for both types, to specifications and tolerances of all original equipment manufacturers. Tools are available in many steel grades. Tooling is available with or without surface enhancements such as TiN, TiCN, Ionitriding or Cryogenics. Exacta supplies tooling for use in every application. Specialized Forming, Coining, Cluster Tooling, etc. are also available from large inventories of Standardized Parts. |

Thin Turret tooling is available in Imperial Series for North America and Metric Series for the European markets.
